Important: Please look for our welcome email that contains a link to your requested Longevity Guide (it may be in your Spam or Promotions Folder).
If my email is in the Spam or Promotions Folder, you can do the following so that future emails will land in your regular inbox:
1. The Drag & Drop Method:
If the email is in the Promotions tab, click and hold the email, drag it into the Primary tab, and release it. A black confirmation box will pop up at the bottom left asking if you want to do this for future messages
2. Add to Contacts:
Open the email, hover your mouse over the sender�s name or email profile picture, and click the Add to Contacts icon. Gmail is much less likely to filter messages from recognized contacts into spam or promotions.
3. Mark as Not Spam:
If the email is in the Spam folder, open it and click the Not spam button at the top toolbar. This immediately pushes it back to your regular inbox and
