TurnBackClock.com is a free resource for adults 50+, with healthy-aging tools and plain-English guides on strength, balance, brain health, sleep, nutrition and supplements.
TurnBackClock was created for people who want to make the most of the years ahead, with more energy, better habits, an active mind and a healthier lifestyle.
We believe healthy aging isn’t about chasing a miracle cure or trying to turn back time. It’s about understanding where you are today and making small, positive choices that add up over time.
That’s why we’ve created a growing collection of free, practical tools to help you on your journey. You can discover your estimated biological age, explore your longevity, check how well you’re aging, or see how your everyday habits may be affecting your energy and vitality. You can then turn those insights into action with our Health Habit Tracker, keep your mind active with Memory Gym, and use Memory Companion to help remember the things that matter.
We’re also interested in the evolving science of healthy aging, cellular health, NAD+, NMN and longevity research, and aim to make these topics easier to understand.
No complicated jargon. No promises of magic. Just useful tools, information and ideas to help you take greater control of your health journey.
About the founder
TurnBackClock was founded and is written by Gary Toh, a 65-year-old retiree who is serious about staying healthy and curious about how aging works. He walks about five times a week, does dumbbell and chair exercises at home, and prefers a protein-focused diet with eggs, fish and meat while limiting sugar and refined carbs. He also tries to learn something new every day, and this site grew out of that habit.
Gary is not a doctor or medical professional. He writes as someone who reads the research and tries to explain it in plain English for people his own age. His own habits are personal choices, not recommendations for everyone.
How we write
Our guides draw on public health sources such as the CDC, NIH and NIA, and on published human studies. When the evidence is early or mixed, we say so. The site is updated regularly with new guides, tools and reviews.
Important to know
The tools estimate lifestyle patterns. They are not lab tests, not a diagnosis, and not a promise that any supplement will add years to your life. Questions about medication or supplements belong with a qualified clinician.
Some supplement reviews contain affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn’t change what we write.
